Grok sells speed, personality, and the X firehose; Gemini sells capacity and value, with a million-token window on paid plans and the deepest consumer bundle in tech. They rarely compete for the same job: real-time social intelligence points at Grok, long documents and Workspace integration point at Gemini. What they share is the ceiling: one vendor's models in a strictly linear chat, with usage limits neither publishes as numbers.
